Guna Yala, Panama
Guna Yala (San Blas) is an Indigenous comarca on Panama's Caribbean coast: hundreds of small white-sand, palm-covered islands governed by the Guna people. You visit with authorised operators and under the comarca's rules. Verified spots here are mostly islands and sandbanks for snorkelling and basic camping. There is no conventional tourist infrastructure — what you see in the community photos is what's there.
