From the coupon to the register
When you claim a coupon, we hold a spot for you for a while. If you don't redeem it before it expires, it's released for someone else. Each coupon can only be redeemed once.

Show the QR at the register
At the restaurant, show the QR or the 4-digit code. (The one on this page is just an example; your coupon is in the app.)

Redeem
The restaurant marks it as used. If the hold has already expired, it can't be redeemed and the spot opens up again.
Reviews of the room, not the bag
Each review scores food, service, and ambiance separately and includes a photo taken at the restaurant. To post it, the app checks that you're at the place. That's the only verification we do.

Questions
Does Tripsi charge me anything?
No. Tripsi doesn't charge you to look at the map or to go eat, and it doesn't process orders or payments. You pay the bill at the restaurant.
Where are restaurants available?
In the areas where Tripsi is already available. If you can't find the restaurant you're looking for, it isn't on the map yet.
What do reviews include?
A photo taken at the restaurant, and separate scores for food, service, and ambiance. The app checks that the review was posted on site; beyond that, there's no extra verification.
Do I need an account for a coupon?
Yes. You need a Tripsi account so the spot is held in your name and you can show it at the register.
